Sous l\u2019\u00e9gide du Premier ministre, des enfants orphelins et socialement vuln\u00e9rables, b\u00e9n\u00e9ficiaires d\u2019aides ou issus de familles de militaires d\u00e9c\u00e9d\u00e9s, y passaient leurs vacances d\u2019\u00e9t\u00e9. Dans chaque baraque d\u00e9labr\u00e9e, une dizaine d\u2019enfants dormaient sur de vieux lits sovi\u00e9tiques.<\/p>\n<p>Il n\u2019y avait ni eau chaude ni produits d\u2019hygi\u00e8ne dans les sanitaires. Cette publication a provoqu\u00e9 un toll\u00e9 g\u00e9n\u00e9ral et le minist\u00e8re de l\u2019\u00c9ducation, des Sciences et de la Culture a \u00e9t\u00e9 vivement critiqu\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>Deux proc\u00e9dures officielles ont \u00e9t\u00e9 ouvertes, l\u2019une au minist\u00e8re, l\u2019autre au gouvernement, afin de d\u00e9terminer les responsables de cette injustice.
